Getting Help

CSGServices manages the Watts On Schools program for AEP and its electric service companies. Contact CSGServices by calling toll-free (800) 531-5114 or by sending us e-mail at support@wattsonschools.com.

Problems with the School Computer

CSGServices continues to provide technical support for school computers provided by Watts On Schools and the PV Direct software program itself by email and telephone inquiries (see Getting Help, above). We will no longer provide on-site support for the computers or the software. Instead, we are transferring all of the PV Direct software's functions and capabilities, plus a whole lot more information and learning resources, to this web site.

All schools are encouraged to make www.WattsOnSchools.com their primary source of information about their school's solar energy system.
