Watts On Schools Sponsors

	American Electric Power (AEP) and three of its subsidiaries, AEP Texas Central Company, AEP North Texas Company, and AEP Southwestern Electric Power Company, are sponsors of the Watts on Schools program. AEP is one of the world's largest energy providers, serving 4.8 million customers in the United States, more than 4 million customers outside the United States, and operating one of the nation's largest power trading businesses.
	AEP Texas Central Company meets the electric power needs of more than 600,000 South Texas customers by providing innovative customer-focused programs and electric service at the lowest reasonable cost. CPL's 44,000-square-mile-area service territory is headquartered in Corpus Christi, with operating divisions also based in Corpus Christi, Laredo, McAllen, and Victoria.
	AEP Southwestern Electric Power Company provides powerful solutions to the energy needs of over 400,000 customers in a 25,000-square-mile service territory in northwest Louisiana, northeast Texas and western Arkansas. With headquarters in Shreveport, Louisiana, SWEPCO has operating divisions based in Shreveport, Louisiana; Longview, Texas; and Fayetteville, Arkansas.
	AEP North Texas Company serves 184,000 customers in an area that spans 52 counties and 53,000 square miles of West Texas, from the Red River to the Rio Grande. WTU is headquartered in Abilene and has operating divisions based in Abilene and San Angelo, Texas.
