First, we need to know how much you weigh: pounds (press [Tab] after you've entered your weight).

For a person of your weight, kilowatt-hours of electricity is equivalent to the energy used in each of the following types of exercise:

  • Walking up flights of stairs (at 10 feet per flight).
  • for minutes.
  • Hiking out of the Grand Canyon times (5,000 feet elevation).
